IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions of registration set out below (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions of Registration”). By using the Healthdirectory.ie website (hereinafter the “Website”) you are agreeing, and you are signifying your agreement, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Registration. If you do not agree with, or if you do not read, these Terms and Conditions of Registration in full, you should not use this Website. These Terms and Conditions of Registration shall come into force from the moment you begin to read, use, operate or otherwise gain information or advantage from this Website. 1. Registration
Registration is not required if you simply want to browse through the directory of service providers on this Website. However, registration is required to create a profile, place advertisements and list your own details on the directory herein. In order to complete the registration you must provide a valid e-mail address, which will act as your username, and select a password. You will be asked to provide information such as, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and the name of your insurance company. All information supplied must be complete, truthful and accurate. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Healthdirectory.ie can terminate your registration without prior notice at the discretion of Healthdirectory.ie for breach of these Terms and Conditions of Registration or for any reason whatsoever in Healthdirectory.ie sole discretion. By registering to be included in the directory hereon and by creating a profile, you hereby confirm and warrant that you: · are aged 18 year of age or older; · are a fully qualified and certified professional practitioner practicing in the area for which you are providing information, advertising and/or offering goods or services. Proof of such qualification/certification may be required at registration at the sole discretion of Healthdirectory.ie; · will not infringe the rights of any individual, corporation or organisation, including but not restricted to the owners of any copyright and other intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy right, and you have obtained any necessary permissions. The contents of you profile, information and/or advertisement are your own original work or you have the right, licence or permission to make it available to use hereon; and · will not defame any individual, corporation organisation or otherwise affected their legal rights. This may include but is not restricted to: comment which cannot be justified; facts which are untrue or unprovable; statements breaching an individual's privacy; statements which may prejudice a court case; images or statements which are obscene, pornographic or illegal; statements which are offensive on grounds of race, religion, creed, colour or which may incite hatred or disrespect in any third party; statements which breach the criminal law, whether or not known to be illegal; statements which may breach professional ethics or standards. 2. Profiles/Advertising
You hereby represent that the contents of any hyper-linked websites(if applicable), the profile, information given and all advertisements for goods and services offered by or through this Website are fair, legal, honest, truthful, accurate and not intended to mislead. All goods and/or service offered are of merchantable quality and of a standard required by applicable legislation. All such profiles, information and advertisements are accepted for publication at Healthdirectory.ie absolute discretion and published in good faith. It is emphasised that Healthdirectory.ie does not, in any circumstances, accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement published (nor is any kind of guarantee, representation or warranty expressed or implied by such publication). You hereby agreed to indemnify and hold harmless Healthdirectory.ie against all liability, claims, losses, damage or expense arising directly or indirectly from or in any way associated with your use of this Website or the information, goods or services offered on or through this Website. Profiles, information and advertisements will only be published on the Website after the satisfactory completion of the registration form, receipt in full of the applicable fee and (where applicable) upon verification of proof of professional qualification. Your registration is valid for a period of 12 months renewable thereafter upon payment of the applicable annual fee. Unless notified to the contrary, at the expiration of one 12 months period, you will automatically be invoiced for the next 12 month period. You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting Healthdirectory.ie using the contact information listed under “Contact Us” on this Website and by giving no less that 30 days notice of same. No refund will be given on any fees or monies paid to Healthdirectory.ie. 3. Suspension/Termination
Healthdirectory.ie may at any time, without notice to you, suspend or terminate your access to this Website or any service forming part of this Website, wholly or partially for any reason, including without limitation, where you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Registration, or if Healthdirectory.ie cannot verify or authenticate any information submitted to the Website, or if for any reason Healthdirectory.ie suspends or discontinues the Website or this service, or is unable to supply a service to you. You agree that Healthdirectory.ie is not liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of access to this Website. No refund will be given on any fees or monies paid to Healthdirectory.ie. 4. Copyright notice and limited licence
